Travel
Travel is measured in driving miles one way from whichever base is closer. It's added automatically at booking, so you see the real number before you put anything down.

Drive-in (LA, OK, AR, NM, southern NV/UT under 250 mi): Zone 4 or 5 rate plus a 40% out-of-state surcharge, plus lodging if the shoot spans more than a day.
Fly-in or 250+ miles: $400 per travel day each direction, airfare and baggage at cost, ground transport at cost, $200/night lodging, $85/day per diem. Minimum booking $1,500 before travel costs.
All out-of-state travel is quoted in writing before any deposit. Travel costs are due 21 days out so flights and lodging can be locked in.
Travel fees refund in full up to 14 days out. Inside 14 days, anything already spent on flights or lodging deposits isn't refundable — everything else still is.
